Ralph Heath is an author, consultant, and speaker focusing on innovative leadership, management, marketing, branding, and public relations.

Heath a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He serves as the Executive in Residence in the College of Business Administration.
His best-selling first book, Celebrating Failure: The Power of Taking Risks, Making Mistakes, and Thinking Big, was published by Career Press in 2009, and is widely credited with identifying failure as a crucial first step in success. Celebrating Failure has been translated into five languages. Ralph is currently writing a second leadership book sharing insights on persuasion.
Ralph is past president and founder of Ovation Marketing, an independent ad agency that was twice named to INC magazine's list of America's 500 fastest growing companies. Ovation Marketing worked with some of America's most iconic brands including Budweiser, 3M, Betty Crocker, Microsoft, Hershey, State Farm, and The Company Store.
Ralph has served on the boards of the Bluffland Coalition, ORA Trails, and is past president of La Crosse Promise and Mississippi Valley Conservancy.
Ralph is a four-time Triathlon All-American and two-time finisher of the Hawaii Ironman.

He lives in La Crosse, Wisconsin with his wife Joni Heath. They have two daughters that live in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
